Warrantee
Studio3TV di Trovellesi Cesana Luca & C. Sas (di seguito “Studio3TV”) garantisce che la somma che il cliente dovrà pagare per la merce ordinata corrisponderà esattamente alla somma totale che compare nel riepilogo dell\'ordine prima di confermare l'ordine stesso. Nessuna spesa aggiuntiva o nascosta verrà caricata sulla merce acquistata.

Quality Standard
Studio3TV will do its best to dispatch intact and checked goods with a high quality Standard.

Return policy
The items rejected by the buyer must be returned within the terms established by law, intact and in their original package. Used or altered items will not be accepted, only goods with clear fabrication defects or damaged during delivery will be accepted. Rejected goods must be sent to: Studio3TV - Via Fontanella 44 - 63018 Porto Sant'Elpidio (FM) Italy, clearly stating the reason for their return.

Refunds
The refund will take place as soon as the goods will be received by Studio3TV, provided that the above return policy is satisfied.

Delivery time and options
Normally delivery takes 3-4 working days and depends on the availability of products on stock. Delivery to Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia usually takes one or two extra days. The products included in the on-line catalogue are subject to ordinary delivery, thus they are normally available within a short time. However, when an order is placed, an immediate check of availability takes place, and if some articles are not available within a short time, before the dispatch customers will be asked via e-mail or fax to receive a partial delivery at first, indicating the time required for the missing goods not available on stock.
In case of delivery delay due to force majeure, Studio3TV will not be held responsible.

Delivery Charge
Delivery costs will be calculated automatically when placing the order, they will comprise handling fees and will be clearly indicated in the summary which appears before the confirmation of the order.

VAT Charge
Prices shown on the online shop do include VAT, whose amount will be indicated in the order summary.

Order tracking
For any enquiry regarding an order placed by the customer to Studio3TV, it must be indicated the order reference code.

Data Protection (see information about and request ofconsent to the treatment of personal data)
Studio3TV guarantees that personal data supplied by the customers will be used only for placing the orders and within the limits allowed by the applicable normative. The customer, when placing the order, agrees to their handling and registration also electronic, for what concerns the requirements of the order processing.
Studio3TV guarantees that personal data supplied by customers will never be passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

Validity of the present conditions
The present sale conditions are subject to change at any time, without advance notice. For every purchase however, the applicable conditions are those valid at the time of placing the order, read and accepted by the customer before the confirmation of the order itself.

Application of laws
Studio3TV does its best to observe the applicable normative on distance sale. For any dispute the competent authority will be the Court of “Foro di Fermo” (FM) Italy.

All data are handled in order to allow an efficient management of the professional and commercial activities that we provide you with, including the administrative and account management; especially, some Data will be regularly registered in accounting archives or any other kind of database compulsory by law.
• 2. All data are handled both manually, whereas the respective paper files will be correctly held and kept with care during the whole period necessary to the execution of the treatment, and by means of our automated information system, whereas they will be registered on protected information supports.
• 3. The collected and processed data can be:

• made available to the collaborators of the Data controller, both Responsible or Appointed persons;
• forwarded to physical or legal third parties, only if these are involved in and functional to the management of the activities requested to us or transferred to another Data controller for outwards treatments, in any aspect that may concern them and according to the instructions provided by law
• the Data will not be object of any diffusion and they will be destroyed once we will not need to keep them anymore;

• 4. We would like to inform you that, as the Concerned Person, you have all the rights provided by art.7 of the Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, that's to say:

• A – the right to obtain from the Data controller and with no delay:
  • confirmation of the existence or non existence of personal information which regard you, their update, correction, integration, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the block of data treated in violation of law;
  • the attestation that the operations mentioned above have been brought to knowledge to those to whom the Data have been communicated, except in cases in which such an action is impossible or requires an un-proportioned employment of means compared to the right being safeguarded.
• B – the right to object totally or partially, for legitimate reasons, to the treatment of personal information which regard you, even if it is pertinent to the aim it is being required for., being aware that, in this case, we will not be able anymore to provide you with our professional services.
  All rights referred to in art. 7 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 are exercised under request not formally made to the Responsible of the Data treatment or to the Data Security Manager, even through an Appointed person, that must be noticed with no delay.
